Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using www.acsysit.com or any acSys software product, you accept these Terms of Service. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and acSys Technologies LLC, Dubai, UAE.

2. Software Licence

acSys operates a perpetual licence model:

• →Initial Fees (one-time) — perpetual right to use licensed modules for agreed users and entities
• →Renewal Fees (from Year 2) — 20% of Initial Fees annually, covering updates and FTA/ZATCA/WPS compliance patches
• →Additional entity — 70% of module Initial Fees per additional company

3. Payment Terms

Initial Fees are payable on signing. Renewal Fees are invoiced 30 days before the renewal date, due within 30 days. Overdue amounts accrue 2% monthly interest. Access may be suspended after a 14-day grace period.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, documentation and brand assets remain the exclusive property of acSys Technologies LLC. Client data remains the property of the client. Reverse engineering or unauthorised modification is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

acSys's aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months. acSys is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data beyond reasonable recovery, or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the courts of Dubai, UAE. For queries: legal@acsysit.com

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client data is available for export for 30 days post-termination, after which it is securely deleted.
